Answers to common questions
Click "Post a listing", choose the type and category, add the details and photos, then submit. It becomes visible immediately only when no payment or moderation step is required; otherwise it remains a draft or pending review until that step is complete.
Basic usage is free. Posting listings and searching are free. Premium services like boosting are paid.
Transactions happen directly between buyer and seller. Zivo.ee is not an intermediary and does not process payments for goods.
Click the "Send message" button on the listing. You can use the platform's built-in chat, phone, or email (depending on the seller's preferences).
Go to your listing page and click "Boost". Choose a package and pay. Boosted listings appear higher in the list.
Free-plan listings are normally active for up to 60 days. Pro and Business listings have no fixed expiry while their plan and status remain valid; auctions follow their configured end time.
Go to My Account > My Listings, find the listing, and click delete. Deleted listings cannot be restored.
Each listing has a "Report a problem" link. Select a reason and write an explanation. Our team reviews reports within 24 hours.
